1. Pilot Program
Archer Hub is currently operating as a closed pilot program. Access is by invitation only. By accessing the platform you agree to these terms and acknowledge that the software is in active development and may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued at any time.
Pilot access is provided at no charge or on agreed pilot pricing terms. Pilot access does not constitute a binding commercial agreement beyond what is agreed in writing between Archer Hub and your agency.
2. Eligibility
Access is limited to authorised real estate agencies and their team members invited by Archer Hub. You must be at least 18 years of age and have the authority to accept these terms on behalf of your agency.
3. Permitted Use
You may use Archer Hub to:
- Manage listings, buyers, vendors, and agency workflows
- Record CPD and compliance activity for your team
- Generate AI-assisted summaries, drafts, and operational insights
- Send buyer and vendor communications via the platform
You must not:
- Share access credentials with unauthorised parties
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract platform data in bulk
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
- Enter personal information beyond what is necessary for the features you are using
4. AI-Assisted Features
Archer Hub includes AI-assisted features including buyer scoring, inspection summaries, offer draft generation, and compliance tracking. These features are provided as operational tools to assist your team.
AI outputs are not professional advice of any kind. They are not a substitute for legal, financial, accounting, conveyancing, or regulatory advice. Your agency is responsible for independently verifying any AI-generated content before acting on it or sharing it with clients.
Archer Hub makes no representation that AI-assisted outputs are accurate, complete, or appropriate for any particular transaction.
5. Compliance Obligations
Your agency remains solely responsible for meeting all applicable legal and regulatory obligations, including but not limited to:
- Real estate licensing requirements in your State or Territory
- CPD obligations under applicable legislation
- Anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing obligations
- Privacy Act obligations in relation to buyer and vendor data
- Trust accounting obligations
- Fair trading and consumer protection laws
Archer Hub is a software tool. It does not provide legal, compliance, or regulatory advice. Features that assist with compliance tracking or documentation do not constitute professional advice and should not be relied upon as such.
6. Letter of Offer
The Letter of Offer feature allows buyers to record proposed terms for agent and vendor review. A Letter of Offer submitted through Archer Hub is not a contract of sale and does not create any binding obligation on any party. Your agency is responsible for managing the offer process in accordance with applicable laws and your agency’s own procedures.
7. Data Responsibility
Your agency is responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of data entered into the platform, including buyer and vendor contact information, financial details, and any other personal information. Refer to the Privacy Policy for information on how data is handled.
8. Service Availability
We aim to keep Archer Hub available during the pilot but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The platform may be updated, taken offline for maintenance, or modified at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of planned downtime where possible.
9. Intellectual Property
Archer Hub and its content (excluding your agency’s data) are the intellectual property of the platform operator. Pilot access does not grant any licence to copy, reproduce, or redistribute platform content or features.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Archer Hub is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We exclude liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of the platform during the pilot, including loss of data, business interruption, or reliance on AI-generated outputs.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. We will notify pilot participants of material changes via email. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
